Devin maintains a practice focused on the areas of secured lending, with experience acting for lenders and borrowers, as well as commercial real estate transactions and leasing. She also has experience in business acquisitions, such as share purchases and assets purchases, and a variety of general corporate matters including contract review and drafting.

Devin completed her articles at Walsh LLP and was called to the Alberta bar in 2020. While completing law school at the University of Calgary, Devin volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and completed an exchange to the University of Lucerne in Switzerland where she earned a Certificate in Global Legal Studies.

Prior to attending law school Devin gained extensive work experience through which she acquired a business acumen that she brings to her work at Walsh.

Outside of the office, Devin enjoys skiing and hiking in the Rockies and travelling. Some of her favourite travel destinations include Fiji, France, and Tanzania.
